Role: Chapter ChairJim has worked in Asset Protection since 2011. First, with G4S Secure Solutions as Project Manager for Sallie Mae, then as Guard Force Manager for Navient. Retired from Law Enforcement as Sr. Captain and Asst. Director of Public Safety at the Univ. of Delaware. Jim has an MPA degree from the Univ. of De. and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA. Currently serving as an At Large Member of the Board of Directors for the University of Delaware Alumni Association. A Life Time Member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Jim was previously on the State Board serving as Vice President.
Trent is currently the Manager of Crisis Management and Business Continuity at Sallie Mae Bank in Delaware. In 2010, he started his career as a security guard with G4S Secure Solutions and was soon hired at Sallie Mae to work in the Security Operations Center. While obtaining his Criminal Justice degree from University Of Delaware, Trent moved up the ranks in the SOC and in 2017 switched into the current field of CMBC. He was born and raised in Texas, is a avid mountain bike rider and loving husband to wife Kristin and daughter Evie Griffin.
Presley is currently semi retired. He was employed at DuPont Hospitality for 20 years as the Personal & Protection Manager. He later took the role of Security Risk Manager at Hotel DuPont and remained there for almost 22 years. He is a trusted and valued member in the Delaware region. Presley has a Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Business & Organizational Security Management. He is a long time ASIS member and advocate for Physical security.

Judy is the Business Development Manager in Delaware for Allied Universal. Ms. Dixon has been in the security industry since 2007 working in business development for both a global security provider and a security start-up. Security as it pertains to government services, healthcare, hospitality, education, residential or commercial properties – Ms. Dixon has a firm grasp of the issues important in each of these sectors. Ms. Dixon is a graduate Temple University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in Economics.
